Punto Banco Policies and Scheme

Baccarat Banque Standards

Baccarat chemin de fer is bet on with 8 decks of cards in a dealer’s shoe. Cards under 10 are valued at face value while at the same time Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is one. Wagers are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t actual people; they simply represent the two hands that are dealt).

Two hands of 2 cards are then given to the ‘banker’ and ‘gambler’. The total for every hand is the sum total of the cards, but the first digit is dropped. For example, a hand of 5 and six has a total of one (5 plus 6 = 11; ignore the first ‘one’).

A additional card may be dealt using the following rules:

- If the gambler or banker gets a score of eight or 9, both players stand.

- If the gambler has less than 5, he takes a card. Players stays otherwise.

- If the gambler stands, the bank hits on 5 or lower. If the gambler hits, a table is employed to figure out if the banker holds or hits.

Punto Banco Odds

The higher of the 2 scores wins. Winning bets on the banker payout 19 to 20 (equal cash less a five percent commission. The Rake is kept track of and paid off when you quit the table so ensure you still have funds remaining just before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pay one to one. Winning bets for tie frequently pays out at eight to one but on occasion nine to one. (This is a poor wager as ties occur less than one in every 10 rounds. Avoid putting money on a tie. However odds are substantially better for 9:1 vs. 8:1)

Played properly baccarat banque provides pretty good odds, apart from the tie bet of course.

Baccarat Method

As with all games baccarat banque has a handful of common misunderstandings. One of which is close to a myth in roulette. The past is not an indicator of future outcomes. Recording past outcomes on a sheet of paper is a waste of paper and an insult to the tree that was cut down for our stationary desires.

The most familiar and probably the most successful scheme is the 1-3-2-6 method. This technique is used to pump up profits and minimizing risk.

Start by betting one unit. If you win, add another to the 2 on the game table for a grand total of 3 dollars on the second bet. Should you win you will retain six on the table, pull off 4 so you have 2 on the 3rd round. Should you succeed on the third wager, deposit 2 on the four on the table for a grand total of six on the fourth round.

Should you don’t win on the 1st round, you take a loss of one. A win on the 1st bet followed by a loss on the second creates a loss of 2. Wins on the 1st 2 with a defeat on the 3rd gives you with a profit of two. And success on the 1st 3 with a hit on the 4th means you are even. Winning all four bets leaves you with twelve, a take of ten. This means you will be able to lose the second round 5 times for each successful streak of 4 bets and in the end, experience no loss.
